Skills/Requirements:
- Experience Required : 3+ years.
- Exposure to Salesforce products and services.
- Should have hands on experience in configuration and navigation of Salesforce products.
- Should have hands on experience in requirement gathering, documentation of BRD, FRD, process flows, reports and dashboards.
- Should be able to liase with technical team to explain the functional requirement.
- Should maintain and track user stories and test cases and traceability metrics.
- Should be client facing and drive demo and pre-sales.
