PROBLEM STATEMENT

A Struggle with Incompatible Scheduling Systems

KAUST also had a unique challenge: Given the desert climate along the Red Sea,the laboratories had to be temperature-optimized to support the needs of each research program.

There was no available automated scheduling system that was compatible with their enterprise SAP system.

KAUST hired IT engineering company Tricon Infotech to design a solution.

Utilizing its extensive SAP expertise, Tricon built and implemented a custom JAVA-based system to automate the laboratory reservations.
